Jagan Lenka, CEO has over 15 years of experience in the Utilities Industry in the areas of Project Management and Corporate Finance. He brings to uPrefer Solutions a rare blend of commercial and technical expertise. In his tenure with Ameren, he delivered many key integration projects on-time and under budget. Jagan holds an MBA from Tulane University and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Chandra Mouli, Principal  has over 12 years of experience in Utilities, Telecom, Banking and Retail industries, consulting across Asia, Europe, Australia and USA.  Mouli has worked as Business Consultant/Data Scientist for McKinsey & Company.  He brings in experience in the areas of Big Data, Machine Learning, Credit Risk Models, Deep Learning and ensemble algorithms. Mouli holds a Masters Degree in Science (Mathematics/Statistics) from IIT-Madras.

Ramana Gedela, Advisor is Utilities Architect and Innovator with over 20 years of hands-on experience in various areas of the utilities software engineering and solutioning. His portfolio includes design and implementation ranging from S/4 HANA for Utilities, C/4 HANA (C4C) based Interaction Center, AMI  and Customer Experience Managements solutions using SAP standard and patented solutions.  In his mission to constantly improve customer experience, he developed a patented (patent pending) Customer Preference Management Solution that went live at several Utilities in North America. He has architected and developed an SAP Premium Certified “Enterprise Preference Management” solution.
